FOR SELLERS
I can now offer the opportunity to sell your saddle through my website.
I can offer to hold your saddle so that clients may try the saddle onsite. We recommend your saddle is insured and this will be at your own risk and this will only commence once lockdown period from COVID-19 has been lifted. I will not charge an advertising fee but any saddle sold through this process will be subject to a 10% commission fee.
All saddles will be offered on a trial period of 7 days.
FOR BUYERS:
Once you have received the saddle you will have a 7 day trial period.
It is recommended during your 7 day trial period that you have the saddle checked by a qualified saddle fitter to ensure you are completely satisfied with the fit.
Any saddle being sent must be paid for in full before it is released on trial.
Any saddle to be released on trial directly to a client from myself will only be released once full payment has been made or at the discretion of the owner of the saddle. This may warrant a deposit being made for local trials which can be discussed.
For sent saddles, if you are not fully satisfied with the saddle on receipt of it, please contact us IMMEDIATELY on the day to discuss. Any delay in this will not be accepted. All the saddles listed are pre-owned, full photographs and descriptions are made to be as accurate as possible so you can make judgement before purchasing, if you require any further photos please ask and we will be happy to forward them to you, but please be aware the saddles are not new.
During the trial you are responsible for the saddle. The saddle should be returned to us in the condition that it was sent out. Any damage to a saddle will be charged for accordingly and deducted from your refund. Should the saddle be damaged beyond repair then no refund will be issued.
All saddles can be sent via fully tracked and insured courier at an additional cost of £25 per saddle. Your trial period will begin on the day you receive the saddle. We will send to the UK only at present.
If you would like to return the saddle after your 7 day trial period this must be at your own arrangement and cost. The saddle must be fully insured for its full value and it must reach us before the end of your 7 day trial period. Any saddle returned after this period will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
Once we have received the saddle after your trial period, it will be inspected and then if satisfied that it has been returned in its original condition a full refund minus a £10 trial fee will be given.
