\"ivca\"<\/a>The International Veterinary Chiropractic Association (IVCA) was set up in 2004 by a group of veterinarians and chiropractors in Europe interested in promoting animal chiropractic and enhancing its recognition throughout Europe.<\/p>\n

The IVCA requires completion of a written and practical examination prior to certification, after which 30 hours of continuing professional development is required over a period of three years in order to maintain certification. www.ivca.de<\/a><\/p>\n

Fiona Dod d.c was certified by the International Veterinary Chiropractic Association in 2006 and has since remained a member of the IVCA<\/strong> and has also been a member of the British Veterinary Chiropractic Association (BVCA)<\/strong> which was set up just a few years ago. Since then RAMP<\/strong> has been developed in September 2016 which is the Register of Animal Musculoskeletal Practitioners and they\u00a0aim to endorse best practice methods in the industry of animal musculoskeletal therapy. Fiona is not only a member of RAMP but also in 2017 became endorsed by the FEI as a Permitted Equine Therapist (PET)<\/strong> which enables her to work at FEI events across the world.<\/p>\n
